We produce and distribute world-class B2B podcasts for agencies and brands. Here are a few things that make us different.

Our Purpose

To inspire every underprivileged young person to feel like they belong in the world of media, marketing and advertising. (Creative services) in the same way that they feel like they belong in music, sports or the arts. So that the people making the media we consume becomes reflective of the world we live in. 

 

Agency Dealmasters will become an incubator for diverse talent (ethnic and socioeconomic). We will place this talent into leading agencies and they will become the future leaders of the industry.  

 

We will do that by creating world class podcasts for agencies and brands.

Why we exist

We will recruit 5 apprentices into the business, train them, then place them into a leading agency in a full time position in 2021.

 

We will build a company that will increase the number of BMEs and people from underprivileged backgrounds into the creative services sector. 

 

Young people leaving school will think of a career in marketing, media and advertising.
