Jim Houghton has over 25 years of international experience working with and within marketing and communication businesses on corporate finance, including M&A, exit planning, joint ventures, deal structuring, post-merger integration and earnout management.

This is Jim’s second time on the show. He has had an amazing career from his time at Omnicom in the early 2000s, to BDO then to Results international where he advised many leading marketing services businesses.
